Couple photography – RIU Flamingo in Playa del Ingles

Today´s blog post is about Steinar and Elsa. The history about this photo shoot starts in Bodø, up in north of Norway. I met their son Olav last year when we both was gathered at the university together with our class. We had one week there and that was the start of the «Nettjournalistikk» class I took last year. During the year we have held contact most of the students, although we have been studying from our homes, by internet.
I was contactet by Olav a few weeks ago, he was going to to spend some weeks at Gran Canaria with his parents, Elsa and Steinar, and asked me if I could take some photos of his parents.
And last friday we all met, and had a wonderful photo shoot in the hotel garden at Riu Flamingo in Play del Ingles. It was very nice to meet Olav again, and so nice to meet his parents too.

I think Elsa and Steinar is the sweetest couple I have taken photos of, they are such a lovely couple. They both celebrated their 80th anniversary last year, who would believe that?
